Article 29: In case of a dissolution, the assets of the Society shall be transferred to Turkish Red Cressant Society.
Article 30: The Society shall distribute its awards and scholarships in accordance with its regulations.
Article 31: Internal audit of the Society shall be conducted by the Audit Board in accordance with the Associations Law and the Society’s By-Law. The Audit Board is responsible and accountable to the General Assembly for any activity.
Article 32: Associations Law and Turkish Civil Code shall be applicable for any term not mentioned in this by-Law.
